Why Participate?
Recognition: Every teacher nominated will be honored both at their school and on the Honored Schools website.
Impact: The program provides a platform for students to express gratitude, which has proven to significantly boost teacher engagement and retention.
Awards: Teachers can win the Life-Changing Teacher Award, which includes a $2,500 Donors Choose gift certificate for resources for classroom use and a $500 cash personal recognition, potentially accompanied by local media coverage.

Isabell Chapa, 2nd grade student at Link, was recognized by the Spring ISD Board of Trustees as the top reader in the Pre-K through 2nd grade category of the summer reading program. Link Library Media Specialist Octavia Archie was present to celebrate Isabell's accomplishment.
